Welcome! Thank you for allowing us to be part of your health journey.
Our juices are 100% organic, you may experience more detox symptoms with our juices than with a non-organic juice cleanse. Here are some tips and information to help you through the process.
- Eat a plant based diet a full day before and after for each day you will be juicing. ie If you are juicing for 3 days, eat a plant based diet 3 days before and 3 days after the cleanse.
- You will receive 6 juices, drink slowly, each juice should take you about 30 minutes to drink. We suggest you drink one juice every 2 hours.
- You can have the herbal tea in the morning to replace coffee or at night for better sleep.
- Please be prepared to experience full detox symptoms day 2 and 3, ie restless nights, body aches, headache, chills (depending on your normal diet, the more processed food you eat, the more severe your symptoms will be).
- Drink lots of water during the day to help flush out toxins.
- We consider 1 and 2 day cleanses as more of a maintenance cleanse, for best results a 3 or more days is suggested.
- We recommend that the only exercise you do is walking or gentle yoga.
